Ms. Swann has extensive experience in office management, bookkeeping, administrative work, and purchasing. She supports ARC’s staff as coordinator for many of ARC’s projects. She oversees implementation schedules and information management, and is responsible for maintaining active and archived project files. She is particularly active in educational projects and is also involved in updating New Mexico Public Schools Facilities Authority’s FAD database.

Before joining ARC, she was chief procurement officer for the New Mexico Public Education Department’s Central Region Educational Cooperative, a regional educational cooperative that provides services to six rural school districts and four state-supported schools. She was business manager for IDEAL-NM, a statewide eLearning program of the New Mexico PED. She also has business administration experience with law and accounting firms.

Ms. Swann served in the U.S Navy.
