Mr. Savoca has 12 years of experience in facility planning and programming, and serves as a planner for ARC. He was with ARC from 2005 to 2012 and has been a member of the staff since January 2018. He has completed the coursework for a Master of Community and Regional Planning from the University of New Mexico, with an expected graduation in fall of 2018. He holds an executive master of business administration degree from the Robert O. Anderson School of Management, UNM and a bachelor of science degree in architecture from the University of Cincinnati, 2005, and attended the UNM Management Academy in 2014.

Mr. Savoca participates in planning projects for the range of ARC’s community planning clients, and contributes to demographic studies for educational clients. He was a member of the ARC team that received a Merit Award from the New Mexico Society of Landscape Architects for the State of New Mexico’s South Capitol 2040 Master Plan project in Santa Fe.

Previously, he was a facility planner for the University of New Mexico.
