Jay Petronis has a bachelor of fine arts degree from the University of New Mexico and has been with ARC since 1999.

Mr. Petronis develops site plans, illustrative diagrams, and photo-realistic 3-D visualizations using high-end drafting software. He has experience in digital animation, non-linear film editing, and information technology management services. Mr. Petronis has created site plans and illustrations for several New Mexico school districts, the Sacramento City Unified School District in California and several two- and four-year educational institutions. He created conceptual drawings of site alternatives for a commercial services plan for the National Park Service. He has developed several innovative visual techniques for projects for Sandia National Laboratories, including illustrations combining several layers of visual information and high-resolution aerial photographs, illustrations combining 3-D “virtual massing” models with photographs, and representations of detailed virtual digital structures.
