Mr. Price holds a master’s degree in public administration, budgeting and financial management from the University of New Mexico. He has been with ARC since 1985. In his department, he oversees systems management, computer programming, technical support, training, research and development, and database management. He works with a broad range of clients, including federal, state and local agencies, and national laboratories. He is particularly involved with projects for public school districts, universities and community colleges. For educational clients, he provides a variety of services including capital master planning support, utilization/capacity analyses and enrollment projections. He manages the inventorying of technology equipment and infrastructure, and has developed applications and tools to collect, analyze and maintain inventory data.
Mr. Price is responsible for the development of Web-based applications for office management, capital improvement planning, utilization and capacity analysis, and facility planning and programming. For the National Park Service, he managed the development of a facilities programming application and worked with an in-house NPS team to develop a Web application for employee housing needs analysis to document needs and evaluate housing options.
