Mrs. Raymond has a bachelor of science degree in computer science from the University of New Mexico. She has been with ARC since 2004.

Mrs. Raymond develops standalone and Web-based applications to support architectural programming and planning projects. She also produces interactive surveys and questionnaires, and a variety of summary and detailed data reports in support of planning analysis.

For educational projects, she contributed to the development of utilization and capacity software programs. She has completed an application to track preventative maintenance of facilities and a cash flow program that allows architects and finance staff to plan annual cash flow for management of capital improvement projects, based on funding cycles. She compiles various reports on capital improvement project recommendations for direct inclusion in educational facilities master plan documents. For the National Park Service, she participated in the development of applications for facilities programming and for a housing needs assessment.
