Mr. Woodward has a master of architecture degree with distinction from the University of New Mexico. He has been with ARC since 2004 and has more than 26 years of experience in construction management of both residential and commercial projects.

At ARC, he has performed in-depth field evaluations for schools across New Mexico and in Sacramento, CA to determine compliance with state laws and applicable standards of adequacy of teaching environment. He was project coordinator for Americans with Disabilities Act surveys for several educational clients and participated in a science facility assessment for Santa Fe Public Schools. Mr. Woodward has evaluated approximately 12.5 million square feet of facilities.

On an ongoing basis, he performs peer reviews of facilities master plan reports.
