Ms. Bloom has a master of architecture degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and 16 years of experience. She has been with ARC since 2005. She assists ARC's architectural staff with facilities evaluations for public schools throughout New Mexico and has evaluated over three million square feet. Ms. Bloom also assisted with ARC’s software development project for the National Park Service that automates architectural facility programming.
Ms. Bloom's past experience includes design manager/owner's representative for the Detroit Public Schools Program Management Team. She was project manager and did facility evaluations for community colleges and provided project management and owner's representative services for Rochester Public Schools' bond-funded construction projects. She has also been involved in a variety of commercial and residential design and design/build projects, including service station design and construction, and a technically complex pool roof restoration and mechanical room addition for a recreation center.
