Mr. Olguin has a master of architecture degree from the University of New Mexico and is a registered architect and licensed general contractor. He has been with ARC since 2005.
Mr. Olguin has been a facility evaluator for numerous facilities master planning projects for public schools in New Mexico and California, and conducted an ADA evaluation for the large Albuquerque Public Schools district. He has evaluated approximately five million square feet of facilities.
Mr. Olguin's past experience includes working for a multidiscipline firm as project architect on educational, industrial and commercial projects and on facility research and development. He was construction project manager for work at military bases and educational facilities, highways for the state of New Mexico and several design-build projects for Los Alamos National Laboratories.
