Mr. Savoca has a bachelor of science degree in architecture from the University of Cincinnati and is enrolled in the Executive MBA Program, Robert O. Anderson School, University of New Mexico. He has been with ARC since 2005. He provides project management support and research assistance for ARC’s facility programming and master planning projects. He develops spreadsheet data, schedules project interviews, documents meetings and develops report graphics. Proficient in computer technology, he assists in developing ARC’s Web-based project surveys and analyzing a diversity of user data.
Mr. Savoca has provided support for the development of facility master plans for several educational clients. He also contributes to architectural programming and planning projects for municipal, state and federal projects including government and judicial court facilities. He has participated in a variety of projects for Sandia National Laboratories.
has participated in developing facility master plans, a feasibility study for a performing arts center at New Mexico State University and an update to a facility master plan for Doña Ana Branch Community College. Other projects include a needs assessment and preliminary facility program for a proposed state office building, a facility program for a new city hall for the city of Las Cruces, New Mexico, a needs assessment and facility program for a proposed new county administration building, and several projects for Sandia National Laboratories.
