Mr. Price holds a masters degree in public administration, budgeting and financial management from the University of New Mexico. He has been with ARC since 1985. He oversees ARC’s technology department, including computer programming, software research and development, and database management. He works with a broad range of clients, including federal, state and local agencies, national laboratories, public school districts, and universities and community colleges.

Mr. Price develops programs, tools and web-based applications that support ARC’s architectural programming and planning projects. He has developed web-based applications for facility planning, programming and capital improvements planning; educational utilization and capacity analysis; enrollment projections; portable classroom inventory and management; facility fee management; and legislative appropriations requests. He manages technology equipment and infrastructure inventory projects. He also develops utilization/capacity models and projects enrollment for ARC's educational clients.

He provides support and training for clients in database management and the use of web-based applications.
